In fact, many women begin coaching because they feel emotionally exhausted, confused, disconnected, or stuck in constant indecision.
My goal is not to pressure you to stay or leave. It’s to help you get out of survival mode so you can make decisions from clarity instead of overwhelm.
What if my partner refuses help or doesn’t think ADHD is the issue?
You can still benefit from coaching even if your partner never changes or refuses support.
The focus of this work is helping YOU regain clarity, emotional stability, boundaries, and peace — regardless of his level of participation.
Many women come to me feeling stuck because they’ve spent years trying to get their partner to understand. Coaching helps shift the focus back to what you can control and how you want to move forward.
Will I be judged for feeling angry, resentful, or considering leaving?
No.
This is a judgment-free space.
Many women in ADHD relationships carry years of emotional exhaustion, loneliness, resentment, grief, confusion, and guilt. You are not “bad” for feeling overwhelmed.
You deserve support without shame.
What if I can’t afford long-term coaching?
That’s exactly why I offer different levels of support.
Some women start with a single session or the Sanity Reset Retreat before deciding whether they want ongoing coaching.
You do not have to commit to a large program to begin getting support and clarity.
Does my partner need a formal ADHD diagnosis for this to help?
No.
Many women come to me because they strongly relate to ADHD relationship patterns, even without a formal diagnosis.
If the dynamics of over-functioning, emotional imbalance, forgetfulness, inconsistency, chaos, or communication struggles resonate with your relationship, this work can still be very helpful.
Will group coaching feel uncomfortable or overly personal?
You are always free to participate at your own comfort level.
Many women are surprised by how relieving it feels to finally be in a space where they don’t have to explain or defend their experience.
There is never pressure to share more than you want to.
Is this coaching about fixing my partner?
No.
This work is focused on helping YOU:

PAY IT FORWARD
We offer Coaching for those who are struggling financially. Our Pay It Forward fund goes towards paying for those hours of coaching that otherwise wouldn't be available for them. We also enable you to designate a specific client, to donate to their particular coaching experience.
